Hey, Girl. I See You... Women Who Inspire Other Women Are So Dope.

Shout out to the loud-mouthed woman who found her voice and uses it to inspire other women to find theirs. We need you.

To the independent woman who isn’t afraid to be alone long enough to discover her own identity, measure her true value, and cultivate the kind of genuine self love that won’t get lost when loving someone else... you inspire me.

To the woman who found her purpose after losing relationships, time, money, and almost  her sanity, remember what you lost is not the best you ever had.

To the woman who is still trying to find her way, getting tired of trusting process, and unsure of of her purpose here on earth, you are exactly where you need to be to become that girl- who leaps above circumstance and lands on her feet.

    I see all of you.

    You Are Not Broken.

You are not defined by what has happened to you, how your life has been, or what you’ve done.

You are not the product of circumstance.

Your circumstances haven’t broken you, they’ve revealed who you really are.

    A survivor, yes.
    An overcomer, yes.
    A persister, yes.
    A braver, yes.
    A resistor, yes.
    A laster, yes.

You’ve been through some things that may have brought you to your knees. but, it didn’t break you.

    You are not broken.
    You are unbreakable.

    Dare To Dream

"Life will happen in a way that makes you think you are totally crazy to believe.
In fact, people who believe are often frowned upon.

Big dreamers are told to be more realistic.

Visionaries are told they are being unreasonable.

Stay-at- home moms, who dream of becoming business owners, are told they that they should just be grateful they get to stay at home.

Working women, who dream of starting families, are told they have to settle for either/or because both is impossible.

At every turn, there is a box to burn, a ceiling to breakthrough, and a ladder to climb.
But it’s worth it to believe- to think that you can have it, and to support your faith and
    belief with action.”

    - excerpt from my feature on

When Ruthie asked me to share my story as part of a series that encourages women to
dream with God and believe in the impossible, I was like of course- because I love her.
But, I also said of course because sharing my story in a way that encourages aspiring
    women is my thing.
