    I'll spare you the "everything happens for a reason" speech

    The worst things you can say to someone who is hurting, anxious, doubtful, scared, overwhelmed, and tired of being tired is:

    get over iiiiitt...

    move ooooonn...

    let it gooooo...

    Or, here is one that will get you the side-eye, quick: everything happens for a reeeeasoooon.

    I don't want you to stay in your hurting, anxious, doubtful, scared, overwhelmed, and tired of being tired space.  But, I also don't want to get that side-eye.

    So do this instead:

    1. Feel what you feel. If you're feeling hurt, loss, overwhelmed, disappointed, betrayed, or whatever... It's not because you're weak, it's because you're human.

    2. Prepare yourself before dealing with it. Figure out the proper way to respond so that you don't react. Reacting just deals with what's at hand responding is something that will love you forward.

    3. Do not take action or make a decision from a place of weakness. Bad news can be something that knocks the wind out of you. Don't make your next move until you gather yourself and catch your breath.

    4. Look for the lesson or opportunity to grow. You will find that the tough lessons that you come by are the most meaningful ones... grow with it.

    And when you've work your way through processing all of those feelings, and feel strong enough...

    get over iiiiitt...

    move ooooonn...

    let it gooooo...

    I don't know the reason for your struggle, but I know eventually you'll be okay.

    Until Next Time...
