What I Want For You On My Birthday...

I celebrate a new year on my birthday.

With just as much (if not more) anticipation as seeing the clock strike 12am, on January 1st, I wait for 12am, May 7th to show up every year.

My goal for 36 was to connect with people (both in business and personally) who totally get me...

To be more of myself, in every way, so that the people who needed me and every lesson my life has taught me, could find me.

You found me. That’s so special to me.

I came to the realization that life isn't all about me, years ago. I have new goals for 37, and more wishes that need to come true, but these wishes are for you:

    1. Show yourself some love.  No more negative talk. No more sacrificing your peace for someone else's pleasure. You need love. You need time. You need care. Take care of you.

    2. Be YOU. Like for real. No dumbing down. No more pretending you're not great (we both know you are.) You are who God created you to be and nothing less. Act like it. Give your world the pleasure of knowing you, for real.

    3. Don't Settle. Like ever. Every single thing you want, you should have (all the good stuff anyway.) Your settling does nothing for you and the people who love you. We want to see you win in every area of your life. Go for it. Do more. Live higher. Dream bigger. Don’t you dare settle.

What I want for you on my birthday

is every good thing you’ve always wanted

    for yourself.

    Until next time, Love...

And the process that it will take you to get it, will be worth it."
