What To Do When Life Punches You In The Gut...

There was a time when I felt so overwhelmed by life, that I just wanted to faint.

I mean I literally stood in the middle of my bedroom, closed my eyes, threw my head back, and waited to land flat on the floor.  As stood there upset that I could even faint when I wanted to, I began to have this very intimate conversation with God.

In that moment, I felt like a child all over again.  It was like I was sitting in our small apartment in the projects just crying out for answer, for relief, for some kind of explanation.  I felt vulnerable.  I felt helpless.  I felt like life had just punched me right in the middle of my gut.

    Ever been there?

Usually, after a good made for television crying session, I pick myself up, remember that conversation between me and God, and start all over again.  Every time I find myself in that place, I give myself the pep talk that I shared in today's episode of Nakeia TV.

    Check it out!

Remember all of those times you thought you couldn't do it--- but then you did? Do that again!

I hope my pep talk has encouraged you today.  In the comments section below, I want to hear what you have said to yourself when you needed a pep talk in the past. I also want to know how you will look at the struggles you are currently facing differently.

Before I go, I want to personally invite those of you who are in the Atlanta area to join me, in person, for my monthly live event.  Starting in August, I will be hosting a live version of my LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT Mastermind for a small group.  Go here for more details!

     Until next time Loves;-)

Really needed this today. Been having a lot of unfortunate financial events happening lately. Even though I've never been the type to let it make me or break me, it gets taxing. Really needed this reminder. Love it!

I'm happy you were encouraged by it Inflewence.
Life is not always easy. But getting past some difficult stuff can be encouraging---when you need to get past more difficult stuff.

If you did it before, you can do it again!

    Thanks for watching!
