Need a Push? Here's Your Pep Talk

    I don’t always think I can.

I don’t always think I can write a good song + be a good mom + be a supportive wife + lose the extra weight + stand in front of the crowd + mentor the next client + be a great friend + get over my past + forgive + move on.

But every time I am faced with it, I remember the other time I thought I couldn’t do it---but I did--- and I do it again.

    You don’t think you can.

You think it’s too hard + you’re not good enough + you’ll fail + you’re dream is too big + your family won’t understand + your friends will leave + your life will unfold + you’ll have to start over.

    Do me a favor.

Remember that time you thought you couldn’t do it but then you did?

    ...Do that again.

    Show up again.

    Start over again.

    Push past your fear again.

    Dream big again.

    Make it happen again.

Do what you KNOW you are capable of doing---AGAIN.

Just like last time. You. Can. Do. It.
